TO ALL CLUBS
Please note when applying on line to submit form to email and also print off the form and get it signed by all appropriate parties, once this is done it should be then sent to Andy Sandilands enclosing appropriate fees. On the Scottish forms these must be downloaded and printed off signed and then sent to Andy with cheque for Hampden and a stamped addressed envelope to Hampden this is for Andy to sign it and send on so that you can be affiliated to Hampden any clubs not affiliated will not be able to sign players and will not be able play any games.
PERMITS
Please remember that if you are playing a friendly match trial match any match to contact Jim Smith for a permit for said game Failure to do so may result in a fine for said club(s) and will also invalidate your insurance.
